HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?


Generally, design services should be booked as soon as you know the details of your celebration.


We take a limited amount of bookings per weekend to give every client the quality of service expected so locking in your date as soon as possible is recommended.



DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve your date for all design services.


WHAT IF I CANCEL MY EVENT?


Refunds due to cancellation are not given but we will be happy to reschedule your celebration. Cancellation of any events requiring fresh florals must be canceled 7 days prior to your date.


Any cancellation after the 7 day window the client is responsible for the cost of reordering florals for new scheduled date.


DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY?


If you are unavailable please have a knowledgeable adult to direct our team of where design services/rentals will be placed.
